Feb. 11th 2011 - New Laws - Umpires And Markers Association Malaga  Province. 

It is advised that the major changes are as follows :-

LAW 18.4.   In all ends after the first but apart from in an extra end, the winner of the previous scoring end should place the mat and then deliver the jack and the first bowl.

LAW 37.1.7.   This Law now stipulates that the score card will now be kept by the ‘Skip’ not the No.2 as before.

The remainder of the amendments are mostly ‘cosmetic’ and details are better obtained by purchasing a New Law book which should now be available at all Bowling Clubs.

These New Laws will come into force on the 1^st April  2011.  (See page five of the Law book.)
