The jewel in the crown of the Costa del Sol is Marbella, probably the most famous resort in Spain.
Just outside Marbella you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous in the fabulous Puerto Banus yacht marina, while you enjoy a coffee or drink in one of the fashionable restaurants that line the port. Many of the luxury craft moored here resemble the floating hotels seen in James Bond films! You can shop 'til you drop at the impressive branch of the famous Corte Ingles department store chain, located behind the port.
Some of the best boutiques, restaurants & nightclubs can be found here in the home of the jet set. Just 5 mins. drive from San Pedro & 15 mins. from Marbella.
Sun seekers will enjoy the miles & miles of beaches on the Costa.
Just one hours drive west of Marbella, Gibralter is the ideal venue for a half day trip. Tax free shopping, dramatic views of the north African coast, the cable car ride to the top of the rock and of course the famous apes, all combine to attract scores of visitors. (Passports required.)
