Tel & Fax No: 0034 950 475 180 24 September 2007 Dear Club Members, Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Director Bowls in Spain. The principal accountabilities of the role are as shown on the attached paper. At the last National Executive Meeting it was agreed that the role of National Team Director would be split from the Directors looking after domestic affairs and that I would continue for a further year solely with the National Team. We are ideally looking for two people to take on the role so that it does not become too onerous on any individual. To help club members follow how the Federation has developed in Spain and how the National Executive Committee has become the co-ordinating body, a second paper has been produced by Tony Winterton, (Structure of Governing Bodies of Sport). Clubs are requested to put this letter and the attached papers on their notice boards for all club members to read. Yours faithfully, Graham Marlow Assistant Director of Bowls in Spain PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FOR BOWLS IN SPAIN
