Northern Alicante Province

All the clubs in the Northern Alicante area are reasonably near the N332 coast road, which runs from near Javea down to Alicante city. Alternatively, you can use the A7/E15 motorway, (the Alicante - Ondara stretch is a toll road). The map below covers those clubs in the Javea area of N. Alicante. Directions for clubs located in the area between Alicante City and Javea are detailed lower down on this page.
The Javea Area of Northern Alicante Javea Green and Benitachell BCs are close to each other and about 15 minutes drive from Javea. El Cid BC is about half an hours drive from Javea near Ondara.
Javea Green BC Turn off the A7 toll road towards Javea. Cross the N332 following the CV734 towards Javea. Turn right on the CV740 towards Benitachell. Bear left at the Benitachell sign, (but do not go to Benitachell). Turn left just past the petrol station and follow the road until you see the Javea Green BC on your right. (Look out for Javea Green Golf Club).	Benitachell BC Turn off the A7 toll road towards Javea. Cross the N332 following the CV734 towards Javea. Turn right on the CV740 towards Benitachell. Turn right at the Benitachell sign. Turn right at the club sign on the right, (before the cementary and well before Benitachell centre).
El Cid BC The Bowls Club is located on the Benidoleig to Pedreguer road, 200 metres before the Cova de les Calaveres, (see Caves, sign posted). Easiest access is via Ondara, you can arrive at Ondara either by the N-332 or the Motorway exit no.62. Coming from Alicante you will enter Ondara via a one way system by being forced to turn right. Move into left hand lane then at the traffic lights turn left towards Valencia. In the heart of Ondara where the one way system starts / ends, just over a bridge and before the lights there is a turning on the left, with sign posts to Caves and Benidoleig, ( this turning is next to a phone box). From Ondara it is 6km. to Benidoleig, at the roundabout turn left towards Pedreguer, you will find the EL CID restaurant and BC on the right hand side after 1 km.
Clubs Located Between Alicante City and Javea
*Finca Guila BC* Travelling north from Benidorm on the N332, turn left at the sign to Alfaz del Pi, (near Altea). Cross the railway line, passing Alfaz del Pi station on your left, heading for Alfaz del Pi. At about 1.2 Km. from the N332 and just before you reach Alfaz del Pi itself, take the last exit from the roundabout, (near the Arabi Plaza complex). Continue for 700 metres until you see the Finca Guila Tennis & Bowls club sign on your left.	*Albir BC* Just north of *Alfaz del Pi* on the N332, turn right at the sign to Playa de Albir. At the first roundabout, take the first exit and immediately fork right. At about 1.1 Km., (having passed a GALP service station on your left), turn left at the sign to Albir Bowls Club.
*Paraiso Mar* Travelling north on the N332 from Albir, (or the A7/E15 motorway), turn off at sign to Calpe. Pass through the centre and then head for the large rock jutting out from the mainland, (Ifach Rock). Pass the salt lakes on your left reaching Avenida de la Marina road. Park on any of the roads to your right all of which lead to the seafront. The club is located right on the promenade in front of the Paraiso Mar apartment complex.
