Hi John Many congratulations on your recent appointment of the Andalucian Federation Bowls Delegate. It's really nice to see the Federacion coming along nicely. Do you remember when Bixio appointed me the first delegate for Malaga, there was so much opposition to it then, but like you obviously I believed in it. Again the coaching scheme that you are running is a wonderful initiative and will only do good for all the instructors and the pupils that take part. I was able to use my coaching qualification and experiance when I set up Frank Ball's bowling club in 1997-8 at 'Wyndthorpe Hall' in Doncaster to bring on the new players, one lady there Jasmine Desmonde went on to become a lady's singles champion the following year, same temperament as Pat Fisher (Frank would know her), pleased to say its thriving to this day and has a good membership, pass on my regards to Frank when you next see him. So keep up your good work both in coaching, the Federacion and of course your wonderful website, that always seems to be current and updated regularly. Kindest regards John Best wishes Tony |
