All clubs registered in Spain must adopt as a minimum the model statutes  (bye-laws) specified in the Laws of sport. All elections must be by secret ballot. In the case where there is only one person standing a member may propose that the election is by a show of hands but this proposal must be seconded  and voted on before the show of hands can be invoked.

Note: Visit Federation section to review the model statutes  (bye-laws).
