Hi, Can someone in Spain please advice me if a club member wishes to accept a committee position in a bowling club here in the Costa Blanca, Costa Del Sol or Almeria, they need to have Spanish Residencia, if so Is it applicable to all committee members or a a few ie, President , Secretary Treasurer.
