Yes, John, some committees do abuse their authority as do some owners, (or ex owners), but at the same time some well meaning hard working committee members suffer a lot of abuse from bowlers, and not just ones from their club. A lot of players like yourself just want to get on with the game, but as you know, there are those who think that they can do and say what they wish with no come back. Surely John your present club has some form of dealing with persistent wrongdoers. Remember prevention is better than having to cure. |
