I am well aware that Associations are not permitted under current Valencia Law but was lead astray by the fact that they accepted and registered the statutes presented by the Notary headed COSTA BLANCA BOWLS ASSOCIATION . This lead me to believe that they accepted the concept but for some reason were fudging some registration issue by using the name of “Club Bowling Britanico Alicante y Provincial CBBA As the registrar said we “we would not do it today” Neither would the Notary if the laws governing their work today, existed in 1993. I am sure that Steve’s relationship with the Federation’s officials is excellent. My point is that he needs the support of a show of strength at the AGM to point out to the representatives of the other disciplines the Federation encompasses that we are to be considered.
