Well said Steve Westall. I have watched from afar the attempts of the Southern dominated Federation to hi-jack the CBBA. This of course started with their taking over ( without consulting the CBBA) the tri Provincial competition which of course was originally started by the CBBA. There success rate at setting things up Nationally is not that great as in there failing to support the setting up of a National Umpires Association. You are quite correct Steve when you say that Valencia Federation the CBBA and SABA have got Bowls well organised for all those on the Costa Blanca who wish to take part or just watch. Long may this continue. To my recollection there was always some from South of La Manga that looked at the world through Rose tinted spectacles and although it is now 21 months since I left Espana it seems that they are still wearing them although it would appear that someone took his off long enough to cast envious glances at the CBBA.
