Well done Ken Tebbenham on your research. You say you are not a fan of forums, all I can say is I am glad you went into print on this occasion. Perhaps it will lead to this very important subject getting fully discussed, though like Tony Millington I am not holding my breath!! People who know me know I tend to "say it as I see it", sometimes I get it wrong and have to apologize - that's life. Your research however suggests that my first impressions of "the way forward" document were correct. One day common sense will prevail, a good place to start for some, would be to accept that we live in Spain and oddly enough Spain make the rules. |
