Dear John,
I must congratulate Ken Tebbenham on
his article about "The Way
Forward". Many years ago I researched
the control of sport in Spain. He is correct about the legal
position, in my opinion. Given the woeful documents coming from
the current controlling body about "The
Way Forward", I am
sceptical about the research and advice given. Furthermore they
have not demonstrated a professional approach to a new plan for
such a radical change to the way we should organise Bowls in
Spain .
I stress that this my personal
opinion and does not reflect anyone else's' views.
