Suggest you contact Bowls Algarve where the real bowlers of Portugal bowl and the reason why you have not had a competitive game for a number of years against Portugal. Bowls Algarve represents just under four hundred bowlers and five clubs rising by another two this year as opposed to Bowls Portugal represented by one club and around thirty five members. Of course this would all come down
to bowling against non federation members who refuse to be
involved with an association that is not democratic.
