06/01/2007 - Neil Marshall on Spanish Law.

Hello John,

In relation to the Law regarding non residents making decisions on
committees, etc, I believe from April this year, 2007, there will be no need
for residencias, everyone in the European union is allowed to enter and live
in Spain.

How will this effect the situation ?
